FAQ:
1. Q: Why are some contents buy-only or rent-only but not both? And why some of them are not available on some devices, or are only available in lower resolution on some devices?
A: Video content provided by clickplay has been authorized by content providers and all renting/ owning options are set according to respective license obtained.
2. Q: I can’t find my purchased/ redeemed movie in “My Movies” on my mobile phone app. Why?
A: Although most of our contents are accessible across different platforms, some of them are only licensed for specific platform(s) and/or device(s); in such case those contents won’t appear on platforms not licensed. For example, if you have redeemed a movie which is only licensed for web, you won’t be able to access it on mobile phone, but you can enjoy it on our web version. We are sorry about this.
3. Q: I’m leaving town, can I watch clickplay contents during my travel?
A: Clickplay contents are only licensed for streaming and downloading in Hong Kong and Macau, so you can only watch your rented contents in these territories. However, you can watch your bought and downloaded contents in any corner of the world, just make such you’ve downloaded and activated them before you leave town!
